Unit takes less then 12lbs of R22, company wants to charge me 900 hundred for new 30lbs can of R22, I know for a fact that the current R22 I have can be reclaimed which they are obligated to do on account of environmental factors. The labor for about 1.5 hours @ $450 puts me over $1350. I wish I understood why they think I'm stupid? Sorry indoor comfort, homey don't play that game. I feel sorry for all the people that get ripped off by this company.

This company does not stand behind their work. We had a new unit and all new duct installed at our home only 3 years ago. The unit and all duct is now completely covered in mold and water. Which in turn has blown mold all into our home. The mold has covered walls, floors, and furniture ect.. My husband and myself called and we were both told they would have to charge us to come out and check out the problem and that it is our fault because we didn't pay extra for them to come check out the unit every year. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone ever.
